Could we please please please get "download retry" support in? Currently, a rss feed item will just not download if it fails (times out etc).

If at all possible could it be made to retry the .torrent download N times every N seconds (60-300 is a good default) till it succeeds?

I'll look at adding this in. Will require a bit of restructuring - though I imagine some of the restructuring I've done already when improving the way it handles downloading should make this easier than it would have been originally.
