Maybe I've missed something, but is it normal, that this KDoubleSpinbox on the 'DownloadPref' form has the 'maxValue' property set to 0.1 (according to QT3 designer)?
Because of this, every opened torrent has already this low limit set, which fortunately can be changed on the torrent's 'Status' tab (which, if it's a feature - not bug, shouldn't be possible)...

As I've noticed, this problem(?) is present since few days.

I'm using latest SVN snapshot on Gentoo.

Fixed. I don't know why this happens...

I think it is a bug in Qt designer, I just changed something in that widget, and the maxValue is back to 0.1.
