SVN strange accelerator for Downloads tab.

The accelerator for the Downloads tab depends on number of active torrents. For example "Downloads 1/1" when downloading a single torrent, "Downloads 0/1" when that torrent is stopped.

You are right, it seems the automatic accelerator assignment needs to be made a ware of the fact that part is variable.
