Feature request: look for other peers for a specific chunk

When I'm downloading an archive of files, I often want some files in the archive first. TV season packs are a good example. KTorrent already lets me set the priority of certain files, which is great.

But there's a problem with public trackers. It often occurs that a peer disconnects while you're downloading a chunk. KTorrent will then wait, and wait, for that peer to come back and seed that specific chunk. That way a file inside a torrent, with high download priority, can be stuck for hours. The only way to resolve this quickly, that I know of, is to restart the entire torrent, which is bad for many reasons.

I request a feature that lets me manually tell KTorrent to look for other peers for a specific chunk. (Alternatively a restart of that chunk.) My suggestion is a context menu on right click in the Chunks tab.
It would also be nice if KTorrent would automatically look for other peers for a transfer that has been inactive for a long while, e.g. 30 minutes.

Thanks for your great work with this application, devs. It's been wonderful to see KTorrent evolve!

If the peer your are downloading from, disconnects then KT will automatically try to assign a new peer to it.

Ok, then there must be a different problem. Anyway, I've seen half-completed chunks stick for at least an hour in big swarms. In these cases only a complete restart of the torrent helps.
