Bug is very simple and have occured on two independent machines.
Is impossible to login into webinterface if you use # in your web password.
I didn't check other sings like @$%^&*! but they might not work as well.

this happens because the browser convert # in %{ascii-code} and when in the code we compare sent password with stored one they doesn't match.

Then we will need to convert it back.
