If I donwload a torrent named "torrent1" wich is a directory to "/mytorrents/" then when I restart KT, it searches for the data in "/mytorrents/torrent1/torrent1".

This has already been fixed, the fix will be part of the 2.2rc1 version which should be released today or tomorrow.
