Kubuntu Feisty KDE 3.5.6

Since i have installed KTorrent 2.2 beta1 i have some problems with my trackers.

Every started torrent shows this error. Maybe it is a bug, maybe a mistake in my configuration.... i don't know. (where can i find the config file?)
All torrents i inserted before the upgrade have conections to other users, but new torrents are not usable with this error.
To solve this problem i tried to compile the newest source. But i got this error:

checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X libraries. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

Did i forgot any Develepment-environments or packages?

The Problem is solved!

But i cant imagine how.
Maybe some ports were not forwarded, because of changing the networkinterface.
I hope sb will compile the newest rc1 version for ubuntu/feisty, because it seems i am unable
