feature request / question how to ban a whole country?

is there an easy way to ban interactions with select countries? meaning, once that little USA flag pops up, just auto kick/ban that ip or block of addresses? Also to ban all of the "n/a" users?

there is suchan plugin for azareus and also for mldonkey ,

works with geoip
you can bann countrys of your choice , or ban any country except the one u set is allowed.

why : well if you upload to the dutch i only want to see dutch leechers.

is it 100% no it is not yet .
