I dislike any kind of popup messages so I tried to disable it in Ktorrent 2.2rc1, but message about Speed and Transfer still pops up. I think its a bug, and what about you?

i witnessed this while using 2.2 beta 1. tho i haven't been able to reproduce the conditions which make it trip out since.

The only popups i get from playing with those settings are when a torrent finish downloading(maybe other condition i cant remember right now) complete, i get a popup on the bottom and its centered. Mouse over ktorrent icon popup on the tray is normal and working fine. What kind of popups exactly are you refering to?

Yes, I mean this popup message. It is very annoying.

I have "device running out of space" popups on screen, they are displayed for very long time, half an hour or similar... I can use any kicker icon or docked application under, pretty damned, it freezes gui and it is not accessible anyway, but still running I guess

Btw, those popups cannot show when they are disabled.

A three second pop-up although the "Show system tray pop-up messages" box is clear. Only happened since upgrade.

Mildly annoying and hopefully fixable. But ktorrent is still my favourite torrent programme

Here the notification for finished torrents disappears when having that option disabled. The popup when hovering the icon with the mouse cursor keeps poping up.
I would like to see that the popup disappears immediately on icon unvover (like every other app does).

That's because this setting is not meant for hovering over the systray icon, only for system tray messages.

The times for this is already shortened by George. You will see this in version 2.2.3.
