Where is "adding peers" code placed? Version 2.1.4

What do you mean by adding peers ? The dialog to manually add peers ?

No, of course. Working torrent client receives data from tracker, through DHT, etc about another peers, and then the torrent client try to connect to them. I suppose KTorrent keeps information about another peers in an array or another data structure before connecting. I wonder if one tells me where is this data structure.
