When I stop seeding, I like to know that I'm leaving the torrent in a healthy state.

Azureus displays the number of complete copies, including seeds and distributed copies, as a decimal number with the fractional part being how complete the next whole copy is. It would be nice to have this in KTorrent, on the status tab.
