could you please include options to maybe:

1. turn off the popup alltogether
2. set the time it pops up and the time it stays when the mouse is removed from the icon

my favourite behaviour would be hover -> instant popup -> remove mouse from icon -> popup instantly disappears. the current behaviour is WAY to annyoing. please change.
