I keep getting "throttled" by my ISP , Apparently while I'm using Ktorrent the traffic from my computer becomes excessive , I'm downloading mainly old TV shows ( 3 or 4 downloads at any time normally less than 4 possible seeders) While I seem to download/upload a total of, say, 1-2 mB in a 24 hour period , my ISP reports that the traffic exceeds 1gB , We have tested and the problem starts as soon as I start using Ktorrent , The ISP monitoring software shows various classes of traffic , Web page access , Torrent etc but this traffic shows as "unknown" , Operating system is Ubunty "feisty" Any clues?
