It would be great if I could auto add to groups based on tracker used and setup the groups to download to different directories and have different default seed until X share ratio is reached settings.

In my case I have a whitelist of a couple of private torrent site memberships that I want to have download to one directory and basically share until I manually remove them and everything else I want to download to another directory and just seed until 1.0. I think this would be a great power user feature.

I don't know when yet, and how exactly, but groups will be expanded quite a bit. Probably with stuff like you are asking. But seeing that I'm very busy with other stuff, this might take some time.
