Feature request - "bind to network interface option&quo

Hi,

I would like to request a new feature, enabling the user to bind Ktorrent to a specific network device as interface, f.e. a certain network card or a VPN connection. A similar feature can be found in Azureus, labeled as "bind to local IP or interface".

Well, I wasn't aware of this, so sorry for the unnecessary disturbance.
I would like to thank the people of the ktorrent team for their good work, keep it up.
