Suggestion: Using KPluginSelector for plugin management

(Sorry for using the bugmenot.com-account, but I didn't want to register for only this post)

Before I start: unfortunately, compiling the trunk version of ktorrent failed on my computer so I don't know whether the plugin management was already improved. If it was, please ignore this post.

My suggestion is to use KPluginSelector in order to manage the plugins in the "Settings" dialog. If you don't know KPluginselector, it was developed by Rafael Fernandez Lopez and is currently in kdelibs/kutils in KDE trunk. Here are two screenshots:

I think using KPluginSelector would improve a) the look and b) the usability of Ktorrent's "Settings" dialog.
