[Feature Request] WebGUI create a torrent.

It would be nice if a person could create a torrent throught the web interface for data that is stored on the server that ktorrent is running on.

It would be, but this is difficult to do, as we would have to embed a file browser in the webgui.

I think we need more secure logging first. In current solution (http) sb could break in try to get access to our files.
