Minor build problem with 2.2.3

Hi,

I built the new ktorrent 2.2.3 on Fedora and saw that the libktorrent.so file is build as /usr/lib/libktorrent-2.2.2.so. Shouldn't that be /usr/lib/libktorrent-2.2.3.so?

Indeed, I forgot to update the configure.in.in file. Better update the package.
