You can just remove ~/.kde/share/config/ktorrentrc

I think that is easier than a reset your settings button that someone might accidentally click.

Most KDE apps have a "Defaults" button at the bottom of the config dialog, which is rather handy at times.
I guess this is what the request is about?

I think its a great Idea, I just wasted a ton of time trying to figure out a window size problem, and a button like that would have saved me a HUGE Headache!!!

As a programmer myself, all I can say is put a "CONFIRM settings change" dialog box, and you should be good...

KDE4 version has a defaults button

Don't know if we are gonna add this in the KDE3 version
