libbtcore future

Hello,

are you commited to properly maintain libbtcore once ktorrent 3 is out? With properly, I mean keeping it ABI/API compatible (which is harder for c++ libs than for c libs) with other releases of the same soname. Dropping and altering of the symbols would require bump of the soname.

I'm asking because I don't know if I should split it into a separate library package. The current state of ktorrent svn suggests that you want libbtcore to be a public library which could be used by other applications.

KGet is using it for it's bittorrent plugin, so yes the intention is to properly maintain the library as a public one.
