ru_RU.UTF-8 Ktorrent problem when restart..

Locale is ru_RU.UTF-8
Ktorrent 3.0RC1
gentoo 2.6.23-r8 amd64
When add torrent and downloading is OK.

but when close Ktorrent and Open i get error 'file is missing'
it's only in ALL my torrent with contains russian files. English filename it's ok
