no, as i said at the beginning ktorrent uses unix socket instead of qt socket, C file descriptor instead of qfile (but George already fixed this) that didn't work very well on windows btw if you want to test/help there is a branch for the windows port now http://websvn.kde.org/branches/ktorrent/windows_port/ |

There are still bugs we need to fix, before I would consider it release worthy. Among the things I have noticed :
- UPnP is totally not working (most likely a KIO issue, could be solved in a later version of KDE, I'm on 4.0.65) - Torrents seem to stop quite frequently with some seek errors - I have run into a to many open files error (on a single file torrent no less) |
