no for now ktorrent for windows is in a branch that's updated by george with the latest changes from trunk http://websvn.kde.org/branches/ktorrent/windows_port/

My current plan is to do the merge back operation before 3.1rc1, which would make 3.1rc1 the first version to support windows.

3.1beta1 is going to be released soon (probably tomorrow), rc1 should follow 2 to 3 weeks after that.

OK windows support has been merged back into trunk, as of now KT officially supports windows.

The next release will be 3.1beta2 to have these changes tested by more people. The release will be this weekend.

GREAT! and THANKS! Will you fold the beta into KDE for windows, before 3.1 is released, or will we need to compile with cmake if we want it earlier?

Let me say again -- GREAT! and THANKS!

I think there is no better torrent application than KTorrent, and I think that this combined with KDE for Windows will greatly expand the use of KTorrent.

probably next week I'll have a bit of time to add ktorrent to the windows installer, but I don't know if George have already prepared a downloadable binary version for windows

ktorrent is available in the installer, the build is from the 17
