Hi,
According to KDE4 HIG toolbar be default, should include only frequently used/accesed actions. Also actions should be grouped along their context of use, not by technical relations. There should be less then 12 actions.

Those guidelines suggested my this changes. Toolbar, from left to right:

open, paste | new | start , stop, remove, start all, stop all | enqueue/dequeue (remove if possible. [2.]), pause (remove if possible) | search icon, search text
