I am using version 2.1 (KDE 3.5.6) so maybe things have changed, but here's what happened.

I opened a torrent and downloaded some of the files available. After this completed, I removed the torrent from ktorrent. Later, I opened the same torrent file in the same directory, and I selected the same download directory as before. It then prompted me to selected the files I would like to download, and I clicked "cancel". Ktorrent deleted the entire directory that had downloaded earlier! Without prompt!

Thought you'd might like to know. I apologize if this has already been posted or fixed.

This has long been fixed, 2.1 is very old.
