I would like to see a column entry in the queuemanager where one can notice how long the current active torrents are stalled, if they are stalled. This is for re-qeueing and handy for those tracker that have a "10 active torrents max is enough!"- policy.

Why not, we keep track of a stall timer anyway to do a reannounce after 2 minutes, so it should not be much work to add it.
