One feature I miss from utorrent in ktorrent is preventing standby until downloads or seeding limits are not completed. I used to use this feature a lot on windows but can't find any client that does this on linux properly. Just assume this is on kde.

I have now added a feature to suppress sleep when torrents are running.
This can be enabled or disabled in the settings.
