When i have a torrent selected in group ungroupped torrents and have the peerview selected, one peer is viewable. When i then select a total other (empty or not, it does not differ) group the infowidget does not get reset as it still shows me the info of the last selected torrent in the other group.

Wouldn' t it be better if we did an unselect torrent when we change from group?

You are right, we need to be consistent here.

I will fix it in my next commit together with the fix to show the real IP address when using socks proxies.
