And then i started seeding it.Iwas getting 50-70kb/sec upload rate.Then i started utorrent and i was getting 500-600kb/sec.Thats the most
I dont know if the download speed would be better with utorrent (with wine) because i was mostly leeching from a Bulgarian peer at 2.2M/sec.

Using Ktorrent-2.2.6, and Slackware-current.

How many upload slots have you got configured ? With the speeds you can do, it's probably best to increase the number quite a bit.

I had 15 u/l slots.I increased them to 100 and I'm still getting the same speeds: 50-80kb/sec.
Max number of connections setup:200
Unlimited connections no upload limits.

Fixed it.
I enable protocol encryption and now its flying.It was my ISP capping the torrent traffic.
Maybe you should enable protocol encryption by default.
