Ktorrent3 build from source -- Where are the plugins?

I"ve moved to Opensuse with that unfortunate DHT disabled problem. I built from source which went fine. But when I run ktorrent there are no plugins. I even navigated to the plugin folder, and and individual plugin folder and built in there. What am I missing?

I set
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/lib64/kde4/
and did the make and make install. From the output the plugins were installed to the kde4 dir. Where should the plugins be installed?

What does kde4-config --prefix return ?

still no plugins ... f*ck

[solved] i found a .rpm in the opensuse/home repo-dir
