When I'm using the Webseeds I sometimes get the message "Error: request timed out".
It dosen't seams that Ktorrent 3.1 tries to reconnect to the URL. If I remove the URL and add it again it start to download again.

Shouldn't Ktorrent tries to reconnect by it self?

It does try 3 times, if we can't connect we wait 10 seconds and then try again, if this fails 3 times, we assume the server is down.

I guess we could keep trying with a longer interval (a couple of minutes maybe)

I think that would be great solution so we don't hammer te server with requests.

If I take some of the webseed URLs and paste them in a browser it starts to download the file, but Ktorrent just reports "Error: request timed out". Is it someway to see whats happening? I think it is because the server dosen't support resume.

Is it possible to get ftp support in the webseed?

Edit:
My Ktorrent just crashed. After I started it again every one of the webseeds (9 of them) started too download. Before the crash erveryone had the status Error: request timed out. Just before the crash I tried rmove and added the URL again but the status was Error: request timed out after a while.
