I'm happy to have ktorrent uploading at a high rate, if I'm not using my computer.

For a single computer environment (no internet sharing), I'd love to have:
* Max upload when idle: XX
* Max upload keyboard in use: YYY

I second the need for such a feature. I could try my hand writing a plugin to do this if someone were to point me in the right direction...
