It seems that 3.2dev r856351 is not uploading already downloaded parts of the torrent that is being downloaded. InfoWidget shows that upload slots are granted to the peers, but nothing actually ever gets uploaded to them. Seeding alone seems to work fine.

I could reproduce this with the all torrents I tried.

This is now fixed, forgot to set the chunk status to on disk
