Problem with symlinked source

Mon Oct 20, 2008 9:54 pm
I want that KTorrent would be able to create torrents from structure
/some/path/torrent/
where the "torrent" directory contains synlinks to other directories or files. This is useful when we want to stay seeding on tracker from that we've downloaded our data and create new torrent with some changes (additional materials, patches and so on). Version 3.1.3 doesn't do that, it simply creates empty file /some/path/torrent/torrent and says that this is what I want :( Though it correctly works with single-file torrents where file is symlink to other regular file.
