2.2.8 is out

This is 2.2.7 plus the security fixes for the webgui from 3.1.4

Since this is the last release including security for 2.2.8, does that mean that 3.2 is due out soon? I really can't switch to the 3.x branch until the RSS downloader is implemented, and my other option would be switching to another client (vuze? no thanks!)

The first beta for 3.2 is already uploaded, I only need to make the release announcement, which will happen pretty soon :
