[3.2dev] Can't insert text with Shift+Ins when rename torrnt

1. Select any torrent in list.
2. Press F2.
3. Press Ctrl+C.
4. Press Del and Ctrl+V.
5. Press Del and Shift+Ins.

Awaiting: Result for Ctrl+V and Shift+Ins same -- text with torrent name inserted into field.

Current: Appear window with error message.
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol ''.

Maybe in normal mode this error message should appear, but in torrent-name-edit-mode this message shouldn't appear.

What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.
