I've been getting some crashes lately, mostly since the QSortFilterProxy stuff was removed. Also, I think its related, selection doesn't move with items in the views when they move (it should imo). |

Here's another one.

Mostly when moving the data for multiple active torrents. But I think it will also crash when deleting multiple active torrents. I _think_.
Though I've also seen other crashes, the backtraces were useless, the only useful part was that all of those backtraces stopped on a free() call. |

Ok, I've got another of those useless (stack smash) crashes. This time when ktorrent's dir scanner plugin is loading a torrent:
edit: Also when this happens, ktorrent will fail to remove the .torrent file from the dir it loaded it from, and try and re load it every time it starts from then on (have to remove it manually), even though the torrent is loaded, minus creating the files in the torrent, a "files missing" dialog pops up after the crash. edt2: Strange.. Its crashed again, but this time I saw it pop up the missing file dialog before it crashed, however it was really brief. |

That DownloadedChunkBar crash just happened again:
All I did was switch back to the ktorrent window from kontact. Poof, gone. And please see the edits at the bottom of my last message. |

Not a crash, but possibly related, sometimes when a torrent is loaded via the scan folder plugin, it pops up the "files are missing" dialog. Its strange, its a new torrent, of course the files are missing .. Sometimes it crashes right after showing the dialog, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't crash, it'll then do a data check on the newly created files.

Ugugh, I keep spamming backtraces, I hope you don't skip over my past couple posts...
I wasn't doing anything particularly evil. Just changed focus back to ktorrent and whammy. |

Do you know what was printed to the command line, if ktorrent crashes due to an abort, something should be printed out which could be useful to fix this bug. |

Make sure you have the latest code, this one should be fixed |

No idea. I was running ktorrent normally (not via the console). Thats what I thought. But I did/do indeed have an up to date ktorrent. And now my torrent list is nearly empty, so it'll be hard to test all of this stuff again. |
