How could I fix it? It seems a problem of Qt4
but I add the bin to .bashrc, the problem is still there.
Does anybody know this?

You need to install the Qt development tools, these are used during the build.

and you do not need sudo for
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix`..
