[3.2dev] Unable change torrent locale after renaming

1. Open torrent with non-English text.
2. Change locale on random.
3. Rename something inside torrent.
4. Try to change locale back.
For me it doesn't change locale when I open torrent with win-1251 (Russian Windows locale), rename root folder name on Russian and try to set win-1251. If I set win-1251 from the beginning and then I rename root element -- all works fine.

What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.
