Hello to all. I'm thinking in a new complement for ktorrent, but I don't have the necessary knowledge for its programming:

The sharing ratio is very important in many trackers (especially in the private trackers), but now you can only control it manually with the download and upload speed control.

I think it would be interesting to have a ratio controller, so as to guarantee that the ratio of a download never pass a minimum threshold. I think the plugin should have two limits, a low and high. When you reach the low limit, the download would stop, but upload continues. It would resume again to reach the limit of high ratio.
