I installed KDE 4.2.00 on Win XP SP 3 with the kdewin-install app.
My hardware is AMD Athlon XP 2600+ with 2 GB RAM.
I installed several packages including ktorrent 3.2.rc1.
I ran other apps that work like Dolphin, Konqueror and System Settings.

When I attempt to run Ktorrent I get this error:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate application."

Does anyone on the development team know why this is happening? I'll be happy to give more info if it will help to debug and solve problems for others.

Research about this error has to do with the AMD processor not read SSE instructions.

There is something to solve this problem?
