[3.3dev] Web, torrents list waste connection when invisible

1. Open web interface.
2. Open preferences page.

Actual result: list of torrents and global stats still downloads in background. Global ststs still useful in this case but list of torrents -- not. This list should be updated only when it's visible. Huge list cant dramatically decrease internet connection speed. E.g., I have only 20 kbite/s connection on my work. I don't want to completely close page with ktorrent web but I have no choice.

How to resolve:
1. Autoload list only when this list visible.
2. Add to preferences page ability to control delays between updates for all xml-files and ability to disable this autorefresh at all.
3. Show button "Refresh" for those, who disable autorefresh.


What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.

Automatic updates can now be disabled and only the visible sections are updated
