In 3.2 there is a feature of showing warning indicator for various issues with torrents. Most of them are related to temporary network issues with trackers not available and this kind of events doesn't bother me at all coz' they are temporary.
But there is one that is quite important for me - "Torrent not registered". It often means that torrent was updated on tracker and I need to redownload it (often for ongoing series). Would also be great to be able to configure mail notifications for such events.

The problem is that when the tracker sends back an error, the failure reason in the message is not standardized at all. So some other trackers might send back something like "Unknown torrent" or "don't know this torrent" or something else.

The only reasonable thing I can do is show the error the tracker sends in the tooltip of the icon in the status column.
