This is mostly appliable to ongoing series where torrents often change. Currently one needs to remove torrent and readd it manualy. It becomes a bit complicated if the torrent is already moved from default location so it is required to find the correct location.
So it would be great to have a context menu item "Update torrent" which will allow me to simply select torrent file and replace existing one with new (after data checking) preserving settings and statistics. Also a checkbox "Replace torrents silently based on torrent name" for scan folder plugin would be great.

Will add it to the TODO list, though it can be a while before I get to this :

If you want to do this with the current version of ktorrent, do this :
- stop the torrent
- right click on it -> open directory -> temporary directory
- make a backup copy of the file named torrent in that directory (this is the torrent itself)
- copy the new torrent file over the old file named torrent
- restart ktorrent so KT will load the new torrent
- manually run a data check to see if everything is OK

One of "good to have" features. I vote for this. :)

What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.
