The bandwidth scheduler doesn't always eem to pause the current downloads as it's supposed to whenever I wake up the computer from hibernate. I use the bandwidth scheduler to avoid my laptop from downloading stuff while I'm at work, so it's quite essential that it actually does what I tell it to. Alternatively, a bandwidth limiter based on my IP address would be even better, since I have static IP addresses both at home and at work.

Okay, thanks for your quick feedback. Please understand though that this is a very important issue for me. Together with a good RSS plugin, that's the reason for me to use a particular torrent client. It's not clear what's being logged and recorded, or even what the policy is for downloading at my day job - although dutch law is pretty liberal - but there have been rumors. I may have to try other clients in the meanwhile. (Been hearing good things about Vuze.)
