The Syndication plugin is great, but generally, instead of subscribing to a general feed and picking out certain items using a filter, I find that I want to add a search results feed from a site and download everything that appears in that feed.

Might it be possible to have a way to quickly add a feed in this way, that avoids 'new feed, new filter, type regexp, add regexp, save filter, add/remove filters for feed, activate filter, save feed'?

We could add a standard filter, named download all, which would download everything.

So you would only have to assign, that to the feed.

Create filter "download all" with "*" as filter (or . as regexp) and assign this filter to any feed.

What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.

That would work, if it was added by default to new feeds.
