Most Netbooks (small laptops) have a screen resolution of 1024x600, and the Settings --> Configure KTorrent page is locked without a scroll bar at a greater resolution, making 1/3 of the page go outside the screen. Can you make an automatic scroll bar appear on the page and making it show up if the screen size is too small, or if you resize the window smaller? The same functionality as some of the System Setting pages of KDE?

Mine has 800x480 and ktorrent is almost unusable on it.

This is now done, config pages are now embedded into a scroll area, so that the dialog can be made much smaller.
