[3.3dev] UPnP problems

Sun Apr 19, 2009 10:13 am
I found two:
1. Even after 1 hour after router reboot UPnP ports still wasn't reopened. After UPnP plugin restart ports was reopened.
2. After 12 hours of work port 8080 (web interface) disappear from forward list.

I think UPnP plugin must periodically check status of ports (1 check per minute?) and reopen closed ports.

What isn`t remembered never happened. Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record.

We specify a lease duration of 0 when we forward a port, this should mean that the forwarding should last forever (even when the router reboots).

I have TP-LINK TL-WR543G router. This routers contain more bugs then well known Microsoft's operation system. Real world, real router.
