i need to ban seedboxes in ktorrent, but ip filter cant work with ip ranges like this:

How to use :

python convert_to_kt_ipfilter.py input_file.txt

This will print out everything in the right format. You can redirect the output to a file, and load that with ktorrent :

python convert_to_kt_ipfilter.py input_file.txt > output_file.txt
