I am trying to setup multiple ktorrent clients to be accessible through the web (on different computers). The problem that I have to configure the web password for each ktorrent client by loading it up and going into the settings etc etc... I would like to change the password for the web interface through cli so that next time I start ktorrent I know it will have the password I set from the command line.

So I would like to know where the web interface stores the web user + password? Also what type of hash it is (if any)?

KTorrent Version 3.2.1
Using KDE 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)

I found it...

The web interface configuration is located in /home/*/.kde/share/config/ktwebinterfacepluginrc

And password is plain text (no hash).
